    God, you know absolutely nothing about lifting weights. These people aren’t saying more reps, at least I think there not, they’re saying less reps more weight. A guy could do an exercise doing 15 reps his whole life and maybe only increase 5 or 10 pounds. Heavy weight low reps is the only way to bulk up, if you want scientific proof just ask.
