The Truth About Ripped Abs for Women

One of the most overlooked and important aspects about getting ripped abs for women is having the proper motivation. To many times women focus on the wrong things, worrying to much about which workout to use and which diet to follow. By maintaining focus on your goals and the reasons why you want a set of firm abs you will better see that goal met.

For those women aren’t willing to make the proper sacrifices and make the necessary changes in their lifestyles getting that flat trim stomach may be nothing more then a dream. The reason for this is simple; much like anything in life if you wish to succeed you need to give forth the proper effort.

If you are a woman looking to get ripped abs what is your motivation. Is it a trim sexy body? Are you trying to improve your overall health? Only you can answer that question but whatever your reasons you need to use these to keep motivated to reach your goal. If you understand what a set of strong abs will do for you and you know why you want them it is much easier to stick with your healthy diet and exercise routine.

Ultimately this is what will tax your motivation the most because eating a healthy diet and exercising regularly is the only way to get a set of ripped abs for both women and men. It is so easy to just say the heck with it and go back to your old ways because it does take work to meet this goal.

There is no shortcut to a tight stomach regardless of the claims made by all those infomercials you see on TV. Do not get fooled by the hype that the latest fat burning pill or ab lounge rocker machine promise. The motivation to change the way you look and feel about yourself comes from within, not from the promise of some huckster on TV.

The point is that ripped abs for women requires you to change not only your way of thinking but many of those habits that are detrimental to your goal. If you stay focused on what you want and concentrate on those things that will get you there, namely hard work and healthy lifestyle choices you will soon have the set of abs you’ve always wanted.

  1. Son of Man Says:

How do you reconcile what I know as truth by personal revelation to people who have not experienced it.?
What if I told you that Jesus and healing was real. Period. It’s fact.

You would say that, oh no, another religious zealot who is trying to impose his beliefs onto me.

But in this hypothetical situations, I am not trying to push a belief onto you; I am trying to tell you what I know and seen through observation.

How do you save those who have to see to believe, when everyone is not blessed enough with having seen?

What if I told you to believe in Christ and his healing power, and even today, that healing power exists among some. You would think I am crazy or just another theist.

But I am a man telling another man/woman the truth. As if I saw a mouse eaten by a snake and chewed his way out of the snakes gut and directly subsequent to that is grasped by a hawk and before the hawk can take flight, the mouse rips the talons off of the bird completely and hides away. And the entire world was looking for this mouse because he is carrying the cure for cancer!

The consensus believes he’s dead, but I know that he lives and is strong enough to survive any predator.

    I would be called insane.

How does a man reconcile truth that he has seen to another who needs to see to believe?

Do we just stop carrying about you? No, I don’t think that’s a righteous thing to do.

I used to be a skeptic to, but the irony of the matter is that it was all really true. It’s not in a historical book for nothing.

People observed these miracles in a society void of technology and materialism and that we are just remnants of an extraordinary past that we have turned into a fairy tale.

What if I told you that you had the most power to do good and heal in your highest rage state. Would you believe me? That some sort of energy, unmeasured and recognized by man, becomes present during high functioning psychosis in addition to free will choice to preserve. I tell you as TRUTH.

Because I have seen it, done it, and will never forget it. Will you say it is a hallucination? When I know it wasn’t?

My whole family is afraid of me and who I am. Because they saw the light around me. You are not exempt from salvation if you are Buddhist, Islamic, or Hindu. Whatever you call God by, if you are chosen and in the right place, you could find communication to the higher being that I found through Christ.

This is apparently about "calling". If you don’t hear him, hear me. I don’t want you to believe, I want you to listen.

But how is it possible to convince someone that he or she is not hearing an unfounded belief but a story from a blessed man who was gratefully shown the power we humans have in the Universe. And it relates so much to healing, because that’s what most human’s want for themselves and family.

I guess I don’t. This is just another post that is passed by as declared an unfounded. not observable belief.

BUT Truth, Truth, Truth. Listen. Listen. Listen? Please? Pretty please with sugar on top?

And do some not want to be saved? Please answer this in a philosophical manner.
Then brother help me. No lie. I want to believe but feel I may be lost and I have called out for Him many times. Just today I did just that. I called out to Him.

"Just believe". "Just Love". And when they ask you why, say "Just Because". And whether you suffer or you’re consoled, it is for your salvation. The Bible says this and I can attest to 24 years of Hell (much more is learned through suffering than through consolation).

Keep him with you, in your mind, as if he is an imaginary friend. Create a voice that only speaks good, from your own voice. And talk to him every day as if he is Jesus. Because he resides in you. No lie. ^_^

But if you just believe and stick with him through thick and thin, that day may come.

I find that I too have some things that amount to personal revelations, but they’re just that: personal. They have a great impact on the subjective universe (read: me and my perception of the world around me), but only have an impact on the objective universe (the actual world around me) indirectly (something changes me, changing how I interact with the world).

I believe that there is a physical world around me and that personal revelations of truth, ideals, initiation are things that are really only relevant to an individual, though charismatic individuals can influence those around them.

Then brother help me. No lie. I want to believe but feel I may be lost and I have called out for Him many times. Just today I did just that. I called out to Him. Of course I want to be healed. Of course I want to be saved. Of course I am listening. If you have to pray for me and if that is the way then please pray. Thank you.

Edit: you have not helped me. I thought believers can heal. I thought Jesus said some are weak in faith. If you are strong in faith then you should do more for your brethren. Not only you do this - All brethren do this. Why? What a cop out.

I am weak in faith and I have been asked by desperate brethren for help to pray during their times of despair and I held their hands and prayed despite my lacking……..

  6. Separocia Says:

Whatever YOU experienced, whatever YOU felt and saw, was real to YOU. If other people were there and shared your experience, then great..but it’s YOUR experience, your personal, subjective experience.
I find it particularly rude that you say "How does a man reconcile truth that he has seen to another who needs to see to believe?" - for one, you were a skeptic and you saw, so you believe..so what you’re saying here is pretty hypocritical considering that YOU yourself had to see to believe.
I personally believe in the power of a person, the person’s energy, which can do many many things, including healing, so I have no issue with you there at all.

You are however, judging other people. Does it matter if they believe you? What should matter is what YOU personally experienced and what it means to YOU.
Don’t concern yourself with other people or what they believe, because they aren’t you, what they believe is THEIR problem, not yours.
Stop trying to convince people to believe you and listen to you, if they come to you and listen willingly, then great..but you shouldn’t be searching out acceptance and reassurance from people from the internet. You should be happy and confident in yourself and what YOU believe, remember other people can’t make you happy, only you can.

I have had a miracle healing from chronic hepatitis-c, Have seen Jesus and he answered a question for me. Three words"you are forgiven", then he was gone. I have had evil spirits torment me in my sleep. But I have the power through Jesus to rid the evil spirits. We are given all power that Jesus had in the old testament. Healing is for yesterday, today and forever………God has made desciples to go out in the world and reach the lost.
