    Digestion and …
Digestion and especially for woman, you have to be knowing what you do with this excerise as it is not simply for abdominals and never for this whole imagery situation of goaling for a certian “look”. This is a very advance excersice and should be taken serioulsy, taught as such without playing around with the fact about why it not a waste of time even for beginner, but carefully.

    This is an movement …
This is an movement or excercise if you will, that is done in yoga for example and just in general for years as a stomatic cleansing as well as toning the inner form and spiritually as well in a deeper sense. HOWEVER, you must be careful as too many can really negate the whole purpose and cause many problems passed the physical/internally.

    i know this looks …
i know this looks crazy but really it is AWESOME. I don’t do this, but it looks like my abdominal breathing that I do. Called lifelift. you can google it. I do 40 a day and just one session of ab breathing pulled my waist in an inch. I had smaller arms and everything. it was so cool. DONT do this too hard. Will hurt yourself. Just want to feel that you are doing SOMETHING. Repeat, doing to hard while lying down is BAD. But my stomach was flat, i hurt myself, but will do PROPERLY again
