Need a workout to get ripped throw and hit the baseball harder?

16 years old im 5"11 165 pounds
Pitcher and Outfielder
Athletic have 2 to 2 1/2 hrs to workout after school every day.
I have all the weights and open track
Also would like a good abb workout
Pease help thanks

    I dont know about a whole workout, but if you want to throw and hit harder you need to workout your triceps. Your tricept muscle is the muscle used when you extend your arm(i.e when you throw or hit).

    those perfect pushups work really well for this and they give you some abs aswell so that might help you
