Any estimation of … Any estimation of the various weights used? Also, that kneeling swissball bodyblade exersize is no joke. His legs can lunge while swinging a clubbell like that because his neuromuscular system is fully charged and through the roof. I think if I tried one of those pullups I might break my arm.

Whoa dude. I have … Whoa dude. I have read some of your comments regarding fitness and I have to say you are full of crap. You appear to be old school bodybuilding mentality….well Chek is the new school. The focus is functional strength and athletic performance, not size. O, and size does not equal strength. You seem to be confused about the meaning of functional strength. It has very little to do with size. Your comment about his legs and how is body is unbalanced made me laugh. Stop commenting you phony.
Chi is real if you … Chi is real if you believe in it. Those of you commenting about him going off the deep end are probably devoid of spirirtuality and are close minded, your’re not wrong for it, it just is. But you don’t have to dog him for what he believes is helpful to others, Bruce Lee believed in chi, and I don’t think he went off the deep end. It’s usually not good to negatively share your feelings if it isn’t constructive.
Paul check is good, … Paul check is good, he inovated the way we do core conditioning, the only thing I dont like is his new focus on them merdians and chi energy stuff cos i dont really believe in it, BUT his conditioning science is GREAT
well 6 Pack i … well 6 Pack i didn’t see anywhere in the video that he claimed to be a professional body builder. He’s also using unconventional methods to build muscle and cut fat so of course his legs are going to be a little bit smaller because there is not a use of squat. However some people aren’t built to have huge legs. And the most important thing you need to look at is that this guy is cut up not massive. 1 more thing…176 lbs or 80 kilos as you put it IS SMALL!!! Don’t be a douche!!!
it looks as though … it looks as though he is really enjoying his workout and that is cool. he soesn’t seemed interested in symmetry and thats just fine too. this dude is having fun and we bodybuildrs sometimes forget to do that.. to each his own!

Anyways legs dont get bigger when they get stronger, strength is on a molecular level, and size is not what hes concerned with as far as Ive know him.
