for a better exercise, lower the box height and explod up with bottom leg till knee is bent at a 90 degree angle in front of body then return to start position without bottom leg touching the box

I prefer to use …
I prefer to use resistance bands for speed training, but you do kinda need 2 guys for that. When I do the step up I always use free-weights because they’re safer
