One more tip for …
One more tip for hard gainers. You do NOT need supplements. If you can’t get enough calories eating bananas, etc. what you need is… drum roll please… apple juice! Drink as much as possible. Take it everywhere. Sip on it in class so that your body has a constant intake of calories. It’s much cheaper than supplements and you WILL gain weight. I have tried it all over the years and apple juice outperformed weight gain shakes. I went from 135 to 190 in less than six months. Have to eat.

Bob, it’s my belief …
Bob, it’s my belief that the body doesn’t need as many amino acids as protein marketers would like you to believe. As for biology, do you realize the body produces amino acids? Supposedly there are 8 amino acids the body does not produce and a banana contains all 8. Additionally, I have no problem with eating lean meets in moderation if the animals are range and grass fed as God (with respect to atheists) intended. My point is that hard gainers don’t lack protein as much as healthy calories.

“Hard gainers” …
“Hard gainers” typically just don’t eat enough. I recommend a lot of fruit. Stick to real raw foods and avoid anything made my humans including proteins powders as these place strain on the kidneys. The key to building muscle is resistance exercise and eating enough calories. Amino acids are needed and will come from raw fruits and vegetables. Protein is overrated although it can make muscle building easier I recommend staying as natural to God’s (nature’s if you choose) food as possible.

Set your goal to do …
Set your goal to do 50 every night or every morning. Do your 15, rest a second, do 5, rest, do 5, do 2, whatever until you get to 50. Do them every day. After a week, try to do 20, 10, 5, 5, etc. Keep pushing yourself. At 14 you can still get to 50 straight fast, then do 100 a day.

Hey fluteinthebum.. …
Hey fluteinthebum…I have to apologize. I didn’t realize at first that you were a retard and I said some pretty harsh things. Sorry about that.
I should have guessed you were mentally deficient when I saw that your screen name indicated that you like to insert musical instruments in your ass.
I see on your profile page that you list your occupation as comedian. Good for you. The sausage jokes must kill with the neighborhood 5 year olds. Is Dennis Ferguson your daddy?
