    it’s video’s like that, that perpetuate this meat and diary protein bullshit. meat and diary are dangerous to your health. i have been training for 5 years now and i am a vegetarian and non-diary guy. 220 pound of muscle can’t lie so this chicken, beef, fish and diary scam. those are dangerous foods. stick with the essential fatty acids, carbs, vegetable and lot’s of beans and grain for protein!( beans have more proteins than meat) don’t eat things with eyes it’s dangerous foods
