eat whatever u like … eat whatever u like. best way to stay fit is to jump and sway below a hot shower hitting your stomach or back for at leat 700 steps every morning
how come i … how come i salivating and craving food all day and night after a short 15 minute cardio sesion? my muscles also start to get flabby and i drink and eat enough calories. help me out.
Ok look first … Ok look first getting bullied happens to even to best of us . Actually I think that many great achievers were bullied a school . High School can really be a tough place , trust me .If you really want to learn to defend yourself , learn a martial art although I don’t recommend “getting back to them” . Tell them to stop in a confident matter , Im sure you can . Thats called being assertive . Try to avoid them . Revert to violence if nothing else works . If you do dont be afraid to get hurt .

When people are sleeping after doing exercises so will you get hungry, and then will the muscles start using fat reserves for to rebuild alittle and as fuel. BodyPerformanceTV is someone you shall listen to. everything he says is true.

what kind of … what kind of protein shake would you recommend for a 15yr old 165 lbs. im doin ffotball and i want to kno cause right now im taking 100% whey protein and its doin effect but not as much as i want it to.
to build muscle you … to build muscle you need high protein but when it comes to carbs you need the good stuff from fruit etc but not much sugar and artificial stuff.
but we do need … but we do need calories to build muscles right ?and what do you prefer all protein with low carbs or high carbs with moderate protein for muscle build?
i think for those … i think for those who dont know so much you should mention that you need the right amount of protein and ur diet is important bcus if they dont get the protein and things needed then the body eats the muscle
I’m doing this … I’m doing this exact thing right now. I’ve lost 30 lbs so far. Been working out for about 45 - 50 days now. It’s great. Got a pretty long way to go but the muscles of my forearms are showing much more now and my ribs are starting to show also!! I’m feeling great!!
