    Ok look first getting bullied happens to even to best of us . Actually I think that many great achievers were bullied a school . High School can really be a tough place , trust me .If you really want to learn to defend yourself , learn a martial art although I don’t recommend “getting back to them” . Tell them to stop in a confident matter , Im sure you can :) . Thats called being assertive . Try to avoid them . Revert to violence if nothing else works . If you do dont be afraid to get hurt .

    I’m doing this exact thing right now. I’ve lost 30 lbs so far. Been working out for about 45 - 50 days now. It’s great. Got a pretty long way to go but the muscles of my forearms are showing much more now and my ribs are starting to show also!! I’m feeling great!!
