Jeez..I feel stupid..
These past sixth months Ive been working out on a three day routine, so I basically work out my biceps and triceps every three days .
I do three exercises of a weight I can barely lift, and do force reps.
Makes sense why I was not building the mass I wanted..
I’m gonna try this out then.

i dont see how i came off as a smart when i was backing up some of your statements. the only thing i didnt agree with is you put a lot of emphasis on carbs and not enough on protein. it should be a 55%carb 30%protein 15%fat breakdown, and mostly monounsaturated then poly with a few grams of saturated. but yes if you just eat and eat you will gain anyways.

so pritty much your agreeing with me and being just being a smart ass, carbs cannot be underestimated when mass gaining, if your a scrony kid, which by the sounds of it, you’re not, eating loads and lifting heavy is all you should be thinking about, healthy fats aren’t that hard to be already in your diet and protein, well i’m pritty sure if your eating like an animal you’ll also be eating meat - and lots of it

triceps extensions with ez bar on bench 4 sets
10,8,6,6
tricep pulldowns rope or bar 3 sets
10,8,6
biceps
Barbell curls 4 sets
12,10,8,6
preachers or dumbell curls 3 sets
10,8,6
u cant overtrain but less be realistic one exercise for bicep or tricep isnt going to give you maximum growth i found that 2 exercises 6-8 heavy sets will do the job

What your talkimg about is compound movements anyes they are the muscle builders. Squats alome increase tetosterone by 17% i believe. Also stop relying hevily on carbs you need atleast 1g of protein per pound you weigh. And make sure 15-20% of your calories are from healthy fats. Your body needs healthy fat to produce hormones such as testosterone which is the most anabolic hormone there is.

Honestly guys, sean must be extremely busy and I doubt he has time to answer your questions through youtube comments.
I would very highly recommend going to his website and purchasing his book/product. Compared to the thousands of dollars you spend per year on gym membership, the money you spend on seans products shouldn’t mean much.
Sean is not a scam, it will be the best thing you can do to gain muscle. I promise you

ye thats exctly how i am im 6 feet tall and a junior in highschool used to be pretty skinny but i started working out little by little and eating alot i gained miuscle and weight and got cut. just by doing basuc work outs. Haha i was also motivated cuz of that werewolf kidd in twilight im still tryin to work out but i have no were to work out sucks.

i feel you man im a freshman in highschool im about 5 foot 6 maybe seven or eight idk but im like 97 pounds. Idk but one thing thats been motivating me is i read about the character in twilight not the main character but some other dude who had to gain a bunch of muscle and weight for his role. Try eating like 5 big meals a day and working out. The reason im skinny is because i was often to lazy to make food or woke up at like noon so i missed a whole meal.

i know i’m not shaun, but i’m 16, and what i’ve found doing lots of heavy excersices like deadlifts and sqauts and bench presses and eating lots of brown rice, pasta and wholegrain breads, still eating protein but putting a big emphasis on carbs really helps in gaining muscle, but with all sorts of bulking a bit of fat is expected, but since you sound like the skinny type i wouldn’t worry about fat and train heavy and eat loads
