He has done tremendously well to go from skinny marathon runner to somebody with decent muscle mass.
So obviously, he does know his - I’m not that big but I well know my shit.
Some of us chose to have other goals - When I got bored of weight lifting I went into boxing and cut right down.
Ironically not everyone who is a meathead knows their and usually have great genetics.
